Do the cold, grey skies have you feeling gloomy? Are you in need of some sunshine? Barcelona is the perfect destination for a quick get-away from Paris. With warmer weather and plenty of things to see and do, Barcelona offers something for everyone. Take a stroll through my favourite spot in the city, Gaudi’s famous Park Guell or take some time out to enjoy tapas and sangria on a terrace near La Rambla. Either way, Barcelona feels a world away from the daily grind the sunshine can’t hurt!

Fancy a quick city break but don’t want to go too far from home? Head to Dublin to enjoy some pints of Guinness, explore the Dublin Castle in the city centre or take an historical walking tour throughout the city to see all that Dublin has to offer. There are plenty of tours that leave from the centre of the city and offer a glimpse of the history and attractions of Dublin.

If you’re not afraid of the cold and are looking for a Scandinavian city break, look no further than Stockholm, a real deal at only £4 from Frankfurt. Known as the “Venice of the North” due to its abundant water and canal system, this capital city has no shortage of things to do and see. Visit the Vasa Museum located on one of Stockholm’s tiny islands to witness a huge, nearly fully intact Viking ship. Or, sample some Swedish cuisine at one of Stockholm’s many delicious restaurants.

Ready for an island getaway? If you prefer beaches to your metro commute each morning, Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the place to be! With fantastic beaches and an active nightlife, this is a perfect place to go to escape from it all. Head out on a whale watching trip or hike the rugged hills of the island, or you can choose to just relax and take it easy. You’ll feel far from your responsibilities and daily life whilst lounging on the beautiful beaches.

If you’re looking for a true urban adventure, look no further than London. From pubs to plays, and shops to sightseeing, you’ll have plenty of things to see and do on your city break. Hop atop a double-decker bus to see the sights for less, or splurge on a ride on the London Eye ferris wheel. There are also plenty of historical and important cultural sights to see like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and Parliament and St. Paul’s Cathedral to name a few. There are so many diverse things to see and enjoy in London – take advantage of this low fare today!
